A virtual abortion consultation is a private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointment with a licensed abortion provider. During your online consultation, your provider will:

- Assess eligibility for the abortion pill

- Provide a treatment plan if you qualify
Virtual abortion consultations replace in-person clinic visits for patients who are eligible for medication abortion, typically up to 12 weeks from the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP).
